The packaging is perfect, product design and conform to what was ordered. Received with Windows 10 pro installed and license enabled. The operating system was installed in English but the supplier took care of changing the language in French. To have a configuration entirely in French, just Launch media creation tool of windows 10 and once the installation is completed, the system will be entirely in French. No instructions in the package, just plug it in and everything works perfectly. There is a metal object with screws but I do not know what it is. I hope the product will work well in time. I recommend this supplier.
